The tram passes in front of the rooms. It is very loud.

the air conditioning did not work properly it made the room uncomfortably cold despite my attempts to adjust the temperature the staff provided a portable heater but it wasn't an ideal solution

the noise from the tram outside was disturbing i found stains in the sink and dust on the table the carpets were worn the towels were not fresh and they had an unpleasant odor

coffee machines food variety
the breakfast selection blew my mind. there was this big variety of foods, so many options! plus, the coffee machines had tons of choices, which i totally loved.
the room was tiny, so small i struggled to lay out my cases anywhere. it was quite annoying
